The capacity of modern base station has reached several thousands of UE per cell. Except simulation in lab, verification of such capacity may requires test in field as well. But to do that by manual operation on UE costs a lot of effort and resources, while the test execution may not be reliable for lack of issue reproduction.For such OTA load & stress test requirement, M170 or M220 can be deployed in field flexibly. One test engineer can operate in MUTA UCC to edit test cases with hundreds of UE and automatically run designed test cases repletely. According to traffic models, each UE can be allocated for different applications to simulate real user’s behavior. By multiple M170 or M220 in several geographical location, few engineers can run the OTA load & stress test easily.
